5. Exchange Policy

If you'd prefer an exchange over a refund:

  • We will replace the item with the same or similar product, based on availability.

  • Price differences, if any, will be adjusted accordingly.


6. Wrong or Damaged Delivery

If you received the wrong item or your product was damaged during delivery, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
